The New Latex Free Dry Pro™ for PICC lines! If you have PICC (Peripherally inserted central catheter) you know
the area around where the PICC is inserted is prone to infection. You will find that using the Latex Free Dry Pro™ as
a PICC line cover when showering or swimming helps to keep bacteria and other contaminates away from the vein the PICC is
inserted in. With a Dry Pro™ Latex Free PICC line cover, you can keep the area around the vein completely dry whether
you are in the shower or the ocean.
If your receiving infusion therapy for antibiotics, chemotherapy, hydration, or TPN (total parental
nutrition) and have a PICC line our product you'll be able to take a relaxing and refreshing shower. Vascular Access health
care professionals, infusion nurses and home infusion companies are using our PICC protector to keep there patients level
of health and quality of life high. The Dry Pro™ uses our same vacuum seal over your PICC
or IV line, but is tan colored and open on both ends to keep your hands
free for use. You can shower, bath, swim with a PICC line, with complete waterproof protection. To size the Dry
Pro™ for PICC lines. measure the circumference of the forearm and the bicep. The protector can be trimed

| Stretch the protector over the good
arm first to see how it fits. If the Dry Pro is too tight, trim along the lines at the appropriate opening. Be careful no
to trim too much, make sure a snug, flush fit is maintained around the arm. |
Step 2: Slide
On
| Stretch the protector over the PICC line area until
the site is completely covered, plus an additional inch on either side. The top and bottom opening should be smooth against
the skin. Be carefull of fingernails or sharp objects that could puncture the protector. |
Step 3: Pump
out all the air
| Continuously press the pump until all the air is
evacuated and the pump becomes flat. Move your arm around and make sure the seal remains intact, then remove the pump and
put the cap on. After creating the vacuum seal, observe the Dry Pro for about 5 minutes before going into the water.
In order to remove the Dry Pro simply slide your fingers under the top cuff to let the air in and slide it off. |
It's that simple!
Notes: Do not leave
the DRYPro on for extended periods of time. We recommend removing it after every 45 minutes of use. Do not use in vascular
compromised patients. Steady yourself in wet slippery areas. Always follow your doctor's advice.
